Our puppies are sold with a one-year health guarantee covering life-threatening hereditary or genetic conditions that may arise. We stand behind the health of our puppies and are committed to providing our families with healthy, well-cared for companions.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all puppies are sold with Limited AKC registration and are placed under a spay/neuter contract. Full registration and breeding rights may be available for select puppies by prior agreement.

We do not breed specifically for diminutive size. Our priority is producing Chihuahuas with sound structure, good health, stable temperaments, and overall quality, with an adult size that falls within the AKC breed standard. While an occasional puppy may mature smaller than average, this is not something we intentionally breed for or guarantee. If your primary goal is to find an exceptionally tiny ot "teacup" Chihuahua, our program may not be the right fit. We believe health, temperament, and quality should always come before size.

Pricing varies depending on the puppy's pedigree, quality, and potential as a show prospect. We're happy to discuss current pricing and what is in included with each puppy.
